Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Technologies NW (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit technologiesnw.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, call or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide. That can include your name, company, phone number, email address, site address, rental dates and any details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule a site assessment and prepare a quote
  • To provide, bill for and support the services you order
  • To protect our forms from spam and abuse
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it
  • To measure how well our advertising works
  • To comply with legal obligations

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. These services may set cookies and collect information about your visit. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, adjust ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated bots. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser and device for this purpose. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Site and our business (such as website hosting, email, analytics and spam protection), who may use it only to provide those services to us
  • With equipment manufacturers or partners when needed to fulfill a service you request
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others
  • As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business

Security systems and video footage

This policy covers the Site only. Video, access logs and other data captured by security systems we install, rent or monitor for customers are handled under the agreement with that customer, and the customer controls how that data is used.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you’ve given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing dino@technw.co. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
